Processing of invoice data
We process entered or uploaded invoice data only to create, validate, and deliver XRechnung XML files.
Storage
Uploads and generated outputs are stored under pseudonymous identifiers and deleted automatically: after 7 days when used without an account and after 90 days for registered accounts. You can request earlier deletion at any time via support@xrechnung-bereit.de.
Optional analytics
Umami and PostHog load only after you consent. We record pseudonymous pageviews and technical journey events only. Filenames, email addresses, and invoice content are not sent to analytics providers. You can withdraw consent at any time through the privacy settings.
